Willow Ungaro

Willow is an undergraduate studying Microbiology at UW-Madison with an interest in microbial community interactions within the rhizosphere and how secondary metabolite production can be manipulated. She also spends her time working at the Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center (GLBRC) in a bio-automation laboratory, as well as being a UTA/LA for the Tiny Earth class that is hosted at UW-Madison. Her long-term goal is to research optimization of microbial output for biofuel production.
